Volunteers Make Swim Team Happen
Our team runs 100% on volunteers, other than our paid Head Coach and Assistant Coach. Each meet takes a full crew— at least 18 timers, plus a Clerk of Course, Starter, Referee, computer operator, concessions, clean-up crew, runners, and Stroke & Turn Judges.
Yes, the commitment is real—but so is the community. Swim team is a family event, and every family helps make it great. Each family will serve an average of 18 volunteer hours per season.
